We send an e-mail with the host information and meeting point/ time 2 days before the service date
If you book the Meet and Assist service, this is also possible for departing flights, our host will guide you through the check-in, security and passport control. This means you do not have to stand in line.
Upon arrival, the porter will help you with transporting the luggage to the arrivals hall / taxi.
Upon departure, the porter will help you with transporting the luggage to the check-in desk.
Unfortunately, this means that there is no longer a host available on your chosen day. Therefore you can’t make a reservation.
The times you need to fill in online are the departure or arrival times of your flight(s).
Upon arrival, the host will be waiting for you at the door of the aircraft and accompanies you through various checkpoints (baggage claim, security) to the arrivals hall / taxi. You do not have to stand in line.
Upon departure, the host will meet you in the departure hall. The Host accompanies you through the various checkpoints (check-in, security and passport control) to the gate. You do not have to stand in line.
Unfortunately that’s not possible. Two hours prior the departure time of the flight our host will meet you at the meeting point. The Host accompanies you through the various checkpoints (check-in, security and passport control) to the gate. You do not have to stand in line. Therefore a two hours meet and assist service is more than enough to make sure you will be on time at your departure gate.
